We have the ability to roller coat corrugated board to match any
PMS or GCMI color. The pictured display was roller coated blue before
the spot labels were applied.
Graphics can be applied in several ways:
Flexo: Printed directly on the corrugated
board using photopolymer printing plates. This is usually recommended
for
one, two or three color printing where screens are not used.
Offset Lithography: Printed on coated
litho stock and mounted to the corrugated. This process is used
as a full label or a spot label. We can print 4 color process
plus PMS colors plus coatings (aqueous, UV, etc.)
The display at the right has a full litho header and spot labels
on the sides of the tray.
Screen Printing: We can screen print
directly on corrugated board. Screen printing gives excellent
color saturation and long lasting performance. It is cost effective
in very small quantities.
Preprint: This process involves offset
printing or flexo printing on the outside liner of the corrugated
board before the board is combined with the medium and the back
liner to make it into corrugated board. Preprint is an excellent
process for very large quantities that need to be produced at
the lowest unit cost.
Crayon: We have a large group of children
waiting to scribble all over your display with 64 different colors
of crayons (very few child labor laws were bent in making this
unique offer).
